Our memberships have been thoughtfully created to suit different lifestyles, routines and beauty rituals. You can explore each membership in more detail on our Memberships page, with a considered overview of each option provided below.
L'Atelier Società
L’Atelier Società is our complimentary membership, offering an introduction to the Atelier Aurelli and the privileges of belonging to to our collective.
Upon joining, you will be invited to review and sign our membership agreement, ensuring a mutual understanding of our approach, services and availability. Società members enjoy access to appointment booking and our loyalty programme, with priority booking extended to paid members when availability is limited. We will always endeavour to accommodate all members wherever possible. With every treatment, you will collect loyalty points which can be redeemed against future appointments or exchanged for complimentary treatments. Should you wish to enjoy the additional privileges of a paid membership, you are welcome to upgrade at any time.
Paid Memberships
Our paid memberships are designed for those who wish to make Atelier Aurelli an integral part of their beauty rituals.
Alongside priority booking, each membership includes a monthly treatment allowance, with additional treatment credit included above the value of your monthly membership fee. Your allowance is yours to enjoy with complete flexibility. Credits can be applied towards any eligible treatment, offering the freedom to curate each visit according to your individual preferences and desires. There is no obligation to follow a set treatment schedule or use your allowance within a particular timeframe.
Specialist Memberships
Alongside our core memberships, we offer a small selection of more specialised memberships, thoughtfully created around particular rituals, occasions and ways of enjoying the Atelier. From the considered preparation of La Sposa to the ongoing ritual of L’Atelier Press-On, each has been designed with a specific experience in mind, bringing together carefully selected treatments and services in a considered format.

Your Membership Begins
Regardless of the membership you choose, your membership will begin immediately upon purchase. You will be invited to review and sign our membership agreement, confirming your understanding of the membership arrangements and associated terms.
For paid memberships, your first payment will be collected at the time of purchase, with subsequent payments following your chosen membership billing schedule.
Should you wish to amend your regular payment date to better suit your circumstances, please email aurelli@atelieraurelli.com.
We are happy to consider alternative arrangements wherever possible. Please ensure that any requests are made sufficiently in advance of your next scheduled payment, allowing time for the necessary adjustments to be made before the next billing cycle.

Enjoying Your Membership
Your membership begins immediately upon joining, so you can start enjoying its benefits straight away. You are welcome to begin requesting appointments and making use of your membership from the moment your registration is complete.
L'Atelier Società
There is nothing further you need to do. Once your membership registration is complete, you are ready to begin booking appointments and enjoying the Atelier. We invite you to browse the available services and select an appointment that suits you. We look forward to welcoming you.
Paid Memberships
Once your paid membership is activated, your account will be credited with your monthly treatment allowance in the form of loyalty points, which are used as treatment credits.
For clarity, 1 loyalty point = £1 in treatment credit. When browsing our services, you will see the price in pounds and the equivalent points value displayed alongside each treatment. These amounts will always be equal.
When booking, simply select 'Pay with my points' at checkout to redeem the credits available in your account towards your chosen treatment. Your treatment credits do not expire, so you are free to use them at a time that suits you.
Should you use your available balance, you are still welcome to continue enjoying the Atelier, with preferential rates on additional treatments available in accordance with your chosen membership.
Specialist Memberships
For our specialist memberships, including La Sposa and L’Atelier Press-On, the arrangements for accessing and enjoying your membership are specific to each offering.
Please refer to the membership agreement you reviewed and signed during registration, where you will find the relevant details and instructions for making use of your membership.

Your Membership Gives Back
Every treatment at Atelier Aurelli is an opportunity to collect loyalty points, with points awarded alongside your appointment. These accumulate separately from any treatment credits included within a paid membership and can be redeemed towards future appointments or exchanged for complimentary treatments.
A little something to enjoy with every visit.
Every member, whether part of L’Atelier Società or one of our paid memberships, collects loyalty points with each treatment.
Points are awarded in proportion to the value of your appointment, typically equivalent to 5–10% of the treatment price. The points available to collect or needed to redeem are displayed alongside each service, including add-ons and enhancements, so you can see exactly what each visit earns.
They can be redeemed against future appointments, products, indulgent additions and finishing touches, offering the opportunity to bring a little something extra to your next Atelier experience.
The more you enjoy the Atelier, the more there is to enjoy in return.
